Teaching agents: gloss skill#

gloss skill has no options of its own. gloss carries a skill that teaches an agent its headless surface, so it always matches the flags this binary has. gloss skill prints it, as gloss skill show does; gloss skill install writes it where the agents on this machine look, or into the skills folder named.
